We arrived in New York with a dream! A dream like so many others…. to see the Statue of Liberty. We reserved our tickets on-line, printed them out, flew across the country, waited in an hour long line in 20 degree weather…. only to find out you had to get a whole other set of super secret tickets to actually go up in the statue of liberty. Needless to say we were pretty peeved, Marion more than anyone. So we enjoyed the clear day in New York but we found the french lady liberty not so inviting.
